Cherry and Martin is pleased to present Ericka Beckman’s photographic, light, and sound installation “Boundary Figures.” This will be the artist’s first solo exhibition at the gallery.
Ericka Beckman's work has been shown in museums, galleries and festivals around the world for the past three decades. Solo exhibitions include Kunsthalle Bern, Switzerland; Magasin Centre National d'Art Contemporain de Grenoble, France; Museum of Modern Art, New York, NY; Hirshhorn Museum, Washington, DC; and the Walker Art Center, Minneapolis, MN. She has been included in three Whitney Biennials and the Metropolitan Museum of Art's "The Pictures Generation 1974-1984." Her first monograph is coming out in the Fall of 2014.
