Opening at the Redwood Library & Athanæum this summer is the first mid-career retrospective of painter Jackie Gendel. Gendel's dynamic color drenched oil paintings forcefully assert the pleasure of the decorative. Jackie Gendel "Recreation Myths" will be on view in the Alen Gallery at the Redwood Library & Athanæum in Newport, RI from July 10 - December 31, 2025.
